We have done a lot more research and contacted many people to find out more about eating disorders in children and males:

We are filming this clinic next week, in which we will have a direct insight into the treatment of child anorexics etc.
We will be interviewing staff, Nurses and Therapist.

Also, we have interviewed Sam Thomas, a recovered male bulimic who has developed his own company to help more males with eating disorders.

Hey guys its Laurence,

ive been working on the poster and ive sort of got a result!!

its still a work in progres for example it may not be final poster, ALSO we can change the quote cause i jus picked the first one i remembered from the pro-ana website! ALSO we can change font etc.

What do we think???

i also have other interesting mannequin images which we could use as a theme ...
AND MAYBE EVEN A SIGNATURE??? we could incorporate the mannequins into our documentary and film some and use them for...

In today's lecture we have realised what editing software we are going to use for our documentary, Final Cut Pro. We felt that given the lessons we had on it we found it easier to use than Abobe Premiere Pro.
A few other things we are working on is the design aspect, Laurence has undertaken the task of designing the logo and front page. The logo is of much use as we are already planning ideas of badges, business cards, posters and also working hoodies.

I have uploaded just a few our (Amy & Myself) photographs to the Photography page and made it into a small slideshow. We will upload the rest of our pictures later and we are planning on taking out the Cannon Digi SLR for another lil day trip to get some fab new pics :) should be fun!

Will keep the blog posted about any new photographs going up.

 Found some useful UK Eating Disorder sites, especially B-eat. Sadly they are unable to provide us with what we need as we are a student project.

Unfortunately a lot of companies take upon this rule, but there is an exception with a few websites of which we will contact.

B-eat have recently been involved in a study that the BBC have used for Bullyproof. The study states that almost half of young people with eating disorders believe bullying contributed to their illness.

I have started to work on the logo and title for our documentary.
I have done a quick title and logo for our homepage however it is likely to change as that one is just a quick one i put together. I think the font could benefit from change, maybe two different ones for the words 'fat' and 'thin'.
However i like the juxtaposition of the two silhouettes, one over-weight and one under-weight. It encapsulates our whole concept fro our documentary in one image.
